This can is perfect. We can water with or without the rain spout. The grip is extremely comfortable and doesn’t feel like it will slip, no matter how it is held when watering. The spout folds over easily for tighter storage and so that it won’t spill when it is moved. Don’t believe the info about the little holder for the nozzle, as it falls out of the “holder” with the slightest movement. Even without that feature this can is awesome. We even bought a smaller one for our kitchen plants. Wish I had an excuse to get more of them – maybe be as Christmas presents next year!

I bought this watering can for my wife, as a gift to water plants in her office at work (she was using empty water bottles and needed to refill them multiple times when doing her watering). My search criteria was something cute and stylish, so it could sit out in view and not be an eyesore. The capacity needed to be large enough to water a few plants without it needing to be refilled, but not so large it was cumbersome. And it needed to be reasonably priced. The OXO 3.17-quart watering can was the perfect solution. It is light weight, looks good, holds the right amount of water, is well made, reasonably priced and cute. It also has a nice feature which allows you to turn the pouring spout inward–giving it a small foot print while not being used. What else can I say? Oh, my wife was very happy with this gift…thus I was very happy I bought it for her.

Great to store since the nozzle flips toward the can after you’re finished using it. It’s also easy to gauge how much water makes a quart, etc. since you can see the level though the nozzle. It’s the best one I’ve owned.

This is a good product. Well made for what it is. The spout rotates making it a bit smaller for storing.

Liked it so much I bought another one. No problems with leaks (so far). Great ergonomics and good size. Docked a star because the floret doesn’t stay put when stowed.
